Annually, there’s an unofficial race to see which ski resort would be the first one within the U.S. to begin turning its lifts. It is partially bragging rights, however it is usually a giant milestone that each one within the ski group cheer because it means the ski season is upon us.
We now have our winner for the primary ski resort to open for the 2025-2026 ski season — and it was a really shut race.
